Scenic Shots

This section of Island4x4.com is for scenic pictures from anywhere in the world.
The only prerequisite to submitting a photo to this web page is that you used your 4x4 or SUV to get there.
All scenic photos will be considered for inclusion whether your vehicle is in the shot or not.
This is a great way to show each other some of the incredible places that we go in our trucks.

Please e-mail your photos to pics@island4x4.com, and add some background info about the area, your truck, and yourself if you like.

Please send your photo at 600 pixels wide or larger (when scanning, set your scanner to 96dpi or better).
If your picture is on a web site, please provide the URL and permission to copy and post the images.

Sooke River camping in October. This campsite near Pig Pen's Revenge is a great base camp to hit the Sooke Hills Trails from.

We ran Escalator the next day.

Saltspring Island is part of the Gulf Islands in the Strait of Georgia, west of Bellingham, Washington State.

Sooke is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island overlooking Port Angeles, Washington State from across the Strait of Juan De Fuca.

Squamish is located approximately 120km north of Vancouver on the way to the Wistler/Blackcomb sky resort.

The Hut and Upper Hut lake trail, provides a nice scenic and challenging trail run into the coastal mountains on the west coast of British Columbia.

Tofino, Vancouver Island, B.C.

Tofino is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Tofino is a popular destination getaway. Visit Long Beach, take a ride in a whale watching boat, go surfing, hiking or like Tim, take a stroll along the beach.

North of King Eddy Lake, Okanagan

The Okanagan area is home to beautiful lakes and rolling hills. The area is dry and sunny during the summer, and receives it's fair share of snow in the winter.

These three shots from the Okanagan were sent in by Shawn Hughes President of the Okanagan Jeep Club.

Shields Lake in the Sooke Mt. provincial park. Shields Lake is part of the disputed Seraphin lands that have been purchased by the TLC with our tax dollars.
